The program offers you as a postdoctoral researcher a large selection of interdisciplinary (online) workshops on topics such as

• Leadership, supervision and management skills
• Communicating, networking, negotiating
• Acquiring third-party funds

The workshops also give you the opportunity to get in touch with peers from all three universities and to build up research networks within University Alliance Ruhr. As places are limited, we recommend early registration.
