InFokus: We offer short info sessions with experts on the topic of appointment as well as short workshops on the topics of leadership and supervision. The opportunity to network (academically) in your own UA Ruhr peer group offers additional added value.

CoachingPLUS: We also support the careers of the Junior Faculty through individual one on one coaching sessions, in which topics such as appointment, strategic career planning, leadership or mentoring that are addressed in our other InFokus offerings can be dealt with in greater depth.
